A Little About Us...

The Corkscrew is a cosy-relaxed Restaurant in the Heart of Norwich City Centre. Our intention is to bring a touch of fusion between Italy and England brought to you by Chef Patron, Michelin Star-Multi AA Rosette trained Samuel Beggi.

The food we cook is entirely Product-Driven, using some of the best Local British Produce and giving it our own Mediterranean twist.

We specialise in Italian wines, crafty cocktails, along side our ever changing menu..

One of our biggest passions here at The Corkscrew is foraging for our very own food products that will be featured on our menus..

From wild garlic & wild mushroom for our dishes, to wild herbs & berries for our liquors..

Growing up in The North of Italy, Sam also likes to combine typical methods with the fresh seasonal produce around Norfolk.
